Have you successfully completed your training or studies and are looking for a start to your future career? We support your start at Felix Schoeller from the very beginning. An individual integration plan agreed with you and your supervisor is a matter of course. If you need to deepen or brush up on specific technical topics, we will support you with suitable measures. Further vocational training measures can also be supported with scholarships. We will not leave you alone with the technological and technical developments or specific requirements at Felix Schoeller. Our staff in the human ressource development department will support you in all matters as well as in your individual career planning.
In the first few years of your career, for example, you will have the opportunity to take part in our basic program. There, you will gain know-hows on topics such as time management, project work or dealing with conflicts. We also offer language and software courses.
